Q&A

Q: Is there a weight limit for the carving tools, or can kids use them?

A: Kids can definitely use the carving tools, but I'd recommend this for ages 8 and up. The teacher is super hands-on and helps everyone, but younger kids might need more assistance. Just keep an eye on them while they work since the tools can be sharp!

Q: What if it rains? Do they cancel or reschedule?

A: Great question! They usually work under a covered area, so light rain shouldn't affect your experience. However, if there's heavy rain or storms, they might reschedule. It’s best to check their policy after booking to be sure.

Q: What's the parking situation like at Aloha Adventure Farms?

A: There's plenty of parking available! It's free and pretty close to the carving area. Just arrive a bit early to find a good spot, especially if it’s a busy day. Trust me, you’ll want to enjoy the views before you start carving!

Thinking about gifting the Polynesian Carving Experience in Kona!

Hey everyone! I’m planning to gift my brother the Polynesian Cultural Carving Experience at Aloha Adventure Farms. He’s always been into woodworking, and I think he’d love carving his own tiki! Has anyone done this? How was it? Also, is it easy for beginners? I just want to make sure it's a good fit for him.

Can anyone share about their carving experience?

Just got back from the Polynesian Cultural Carving Experience in Kona, and WOW! Carving my own tiki was so much fun. The views were stunning, and the carver was hilarious! I went with my partner, and we both enjoyed it, even though neither of us had carved before. Anyone else have a memorable moment there? I’d love to hear!
