Q&A

Q: Are there any age limits for the scavenger hunt? I'm thinking of getting this for my teens.

A: There's no official age limit! It’s great for teens, and they’ll love running around Portland solving clues. Just be aware that younger kids might need a bit of help from an adult if you go as a family. Make sure to book as a team of 2-5 to keep everyone together!

Q: Can you reschedule if something comes up? What’s the policy like?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just reach out to Urban Adventure Quest at least 24 hours ahead of your original time. They’re usually pretty flexible, but it’s best to give them a heads up. Make sure to confirm the new time to secure your spot.

Q: What's a good outfit to wear for this? Will we be doing a lot of walking?

A: Definitely wear comfy shoes since you’ll be on your feet quite a bit! Layers are also a good idea—Portland weather can be unpredictable. A light jacket and breathable clothes should do the trick. Don’t forget to bring a fully charged phone for the hunt!

Just did the Portland Scavenger Hunt—such a blast!

I recently took part in the Portland Scavenger Hunt Adventure with a group of friends, and we had so much fun! The clues were clever and led us to some hidden gems in the city. We spent about 3 hours on it, and you really get to learn a lot about the local history while running around. Make sure to have $2 for the streetcar, though—definitely worth it for the experience!

Thinking about gifting this experience—any advice?

I want to get this scavenger hunt for a couple of my friends as a gift. They love adventures and Portland, but I’m unsure if it's suitable for everyone. What do you think? Any tips or recommendations?
