During December and January, this tour begins with a sunrise viewing from a beautiful, hand-picked location, timed so you actually get to watch the sun come up over Oahu. It’s a peaceful and memorable start to the day, and a unique seasonal experience you won’t find on most tours. After sunrise, we explore Oahu’s top highlights with a focus on comfort, culture, and connection. Our groups are intentionally small so you can ask questions, share stories, and get to know your guide and fellow travelers. You’ll feel like a welcomed guest, not part of a crowd. At The Pineapple EXP, we believe quality matters. We might not be the biggest company on the island, but we work hard to make every guest feel cared for. If you’re visiting in winter and want a Circle Island experience with great views, good company, and genuine hospitality, this is the tour for you.

Q&A

Q: What time does the sunrise viewing start for the Oahu Circle Island Tour?

A: The sunrise viewing typically starts around 6:15 AM, depending on the exact date. They’ll pick you up a bit earlier from your Waikiki hotel, so just be ready to go around 5:30 AM. It's definitely worth it though; the views are stunning and you really catch the peaceful vibe of the island at that hour!

Q: Is there an age limit for this tour? Can kids join?

A: There’s no strict age limit, kids are welcome! Many families take this tour, and it’s a great way for kids to learn about Hawaiian culture. Just keep in mind that some snorkelling activities might require adult supervision, so it’s best to check with the guide if you're bringing little ones.

Q: What should we wear for the Oahu Circle Island Tour? Is it a long day?

A: I recommend wearing light, breathable clothing since it can get warm during the day. Don't forget sunscreen and a hat! The tour is quite flexible, but expect to be out for several hours. Comfortable shoes are a must, especially if you plan on exploring more during the stops.

Considering gifting the Oahu Circle Island Tour for my parents!

I’m thinking about giving this tour as a Christmas gift for my parents. They love nature and experiencing new cultures. I saw that it starts with a sunrise view, which sounds so peaceful. Does anyone know if they take any special precautions for older guests? My mom has a bit of trouble with long walks.

Just got back from the Circle Island Tour and wow!

I can’t recommend this tour enough! The sunrise was breathtaking, and the whole vibe was just so chill without all the crowds. The Dole pineapple was a fun touch too! We even got to snorkel at a beautiful spot. Definitely a great way to see Oahu without feeling rushed!
