Q&A

Q: What should we wear for the Morris Island Cruise? Is it a wet ride?

A: Dress comfortably! Light layers are best since it can be breezy on the water. You might get splashed a bit, so maybe leave the fancy stuff at home. Definitely wear some comfy shoes for walking on Morris Island—flip flops or sandals would be fine, but something you can walk in is a must.

Q: How easy is it to find parking at Folly Beach for the cruise?

A: Parking can be tricky, especially on weekends. There are a few lots, but they fill up fast. I recommend arriving early to snag a spot, or use one of the free spots along the street if you can find them. Just make sure to check for any parking signs to avoid fines!

Q: Can kids come on this cruise? What's the age limit?

A: Yes, kids are welcome! There’s no strict age limit, but younger children should be monitored closely, especially when we’re on the boat. It's a fun experience for families, and the crew is great with kids. They’ll love searching for shark teeth on Morris Island!

Amazing Morris Island Cruise Experience!

I just went on the Morris Island and River Cruise last weekend and it was SO cool! We saw dolphins swimming alongside the boat and even spotted a few sea turtles. The history of the lighthouse was fascinating, too! Plus, we found a bunch of shark teeth on the beach. Definitely recommend it as a gift for anyone who loves the outdoors or history. It's totally worth it!

Thinking of gifting the Morris Island Cruise!

I’m considering getting this Private 2 Hour Morris Island and River Cruise for my sister's birthday. She loves wildlife and history, and this seems perfect! Just worried about the weather—what if it gets canceled? Anyone know how they handle that?
