Q&A
A: There isn't a strict age limit, but it's suggested for kids ages 10 and up, since they'll get more out of the meditation and the hike. Just keep in mind that some walking is involved, so younger kids might need extra help on the rocks. The guides are great at adapting the experience based on the group's age and energy!
A: If the weather is really bad (like heavy rain or storms), you can reschedule with no extra charge. They’re super flexible and want you to have the best experience possible. Just reach out to them a day or two ahead of your scheduled session to make adjustments.
A: Wear comfortable, breathable clothes and sturdy shoes! The hike isn’t super tough, but you will be on rocks and uneven ground. Layers are a good idea since it can get a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings. Also, bring a hat and sunscreen since you'll be outside for a couple of hours.

Just went on the Sedona Vortex Journey—wow!
I just got back from the Private 2-Hour Sedona Bell Rock Vortex Journey and it was amazing! Our guide was super knowledgeable and tailored everything to what we needed. The meditation on the rock was such a peaceful experience, and the views were out of this world. I'm thinking about gifting this to my sister for her birthday; I think she’d love it as much as I did!
Considering gifting the Vortex Journey but have questions!
Hey folks, I’m looking into the Private 2-Hour Sedona Bell Rock Vortex Journey for my friend’s milestone birthday. Anyone done this? I'm wondering how personal the experience can be. Like, can they focus on specific life areas, or is it mostly just the standard meditation? Any tips would be helpful!
