Ultimately Mother Nature decides which sites will be accessible on any given day however we will typically complete our first dive out at Molokini and a second either at second location at Molokini, or somewhere along the coast of South Maui.

A: Yes, the minimum age for divers at Molokini Crater is typically 12 years old, as long as they're certified. Just make sure you check with the provider beforehand to confirm they can accommodate a 14-year-old. They might ask for proof of certification too.

Q: What happens if the weather's bad and we can't dive?

A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, NeverDry L.L.C. will usually reschedule your dive for another day. They prioritize safety, so they'll let you know if the conditions are unsafe. Just be sure to keep in touch with them for the latest updates.

Q: What should we wear for the dive? Is it chilly underwater?

A: It's usually pretty warm in Molokini's waters, but a wetsuit is recommended for comfort. The dive shop provides gear, including wetsuits, so you don’t need to worry about that. Just wear your swimsuit underneath and don’t forget your sunscreen for before and after!
