We will pick you up in our van and travel to 1 or more different vortexes and a large Medicine Wheel.

A: There's no strict age limit, but I'd say it’s more suited for teens and adults since there’s some light walking involved. Kids can definitely join if they can handle it, but keep in mind the content might be more meaningful for older participants. Just make sure they’re okay with nature and the energy work!

Q: What should we wear for the Sedona Spirit Journey? Is it strenuous?

A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be walking on some trails. Layers are a good idea too, especially if you’re going in the early morning or late afternoon when it can get chilly. It’s not super strenuous, just moderate walking, but you'll want to be able to move easily!

Q: Can this experience be rescheduled if something comes up?

A: Yes, you can usually reschedule with advance notice. Just check with the provider about their policy. They’re pretty flexible if something unexpected happens, but giving them a heads-up is always good!

I’m considering this experience for my girlfriend’s birthday. The idea of the Medicine Wheel and learning about Sedona's history sounds incredible! Just did the Sedona Spirit Journey and wow!

Wow, what an experience! The guide was so knowledgeable and it was super peaceful. We visited a couple of vortexes and the Medicine Wheel was mind-blowing. The views were gorgeous, especially at sunset! Definitely a gift worth giving.
