We depart from Angler House Marina, tucked along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and enjoy a leisurely 30-minute cruise through the scenic Whale Harbor Channel. Along the way, keep your eyes out for dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, tropical birds, and other amazing marine life. Once we reach the sandbar, your Captain will anchor in the perfect spot for you to swim, float, or simply kick back and soak in the sun-drenched beauty of this crystal-clear paradise. On the return trip, we’ll cruise past the Shell Keys, spot some classic lobster traps, and take in views of historic Lignumvitae Key — the highest natural point in the Florida Keys.

A: I’d say go for a mix! Wear your swimsuit underneath, but definitely bring a cover-up or shorts for when you're on the boat. You’ll want flip-flops or water shoes while swimming, too! Don't forget sunscreen, because you'll be soaking up the sun.

Just did the Islamorada Sandbar Charter—AMAZING!

I can’t recommend the Private Sandbar Charter enough! We had a fantastic 4-hour trip that started from Angler House Marina. The 30-minute cruise through Whale Harbor was so scenic; we saw dolphins swimming alongside the boat! Once we reached the sandbar, it was like paradise. The captain provided noodles and a lily pad, and the water was crystal clear. Perfect for swimming and relaxing. I’m considering this as a gift for my sister’s birthday!

I’m really thinking about this for my best friend’s anniversary. It sounds like such a unique getaway!
