Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for this e-bike tour? Can kids join?

A: There's no strict age limit, but kids should be at least 12 years old to comfortably ride the e-bikes. If they're younger, you might want to talk to Black Hills Tour Company to see if they can accommodate with regular bikes. They’re super flexible, so it’s worth checking!

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather's bad?

A: Yes! Black Hills Tour Company is super accommodating with rescheduling due to weather. Just make sure to give them a call as soon as you can if conditions look rough. They’ll work with you to find another day that works.

Q: What's included with the tour? Are snacks really provided?

A: Yes! The tour includes an e-bike rental, bottled water, snacks, and they cover the entrance fees for the National Park. It’s a great value since you won’t have to worry about anything but enjoying the ride!

Just did the Badlands E-Bike tour and wow!

I gifted my boyfriend the Private Badlands E-Bike tour for his birthday and it was incredible! The scenery is jaw-dropping and the e-bikes made it so easy to ride around. We saw tons of prairie dogs and it was nice that we could set our own pace. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a unique gift idea!

Considering the Badlands E-Bike tour as a family gift!

Thinking about getting this experience for our family trip next month. Has anyone done it with kids? I’m just curious how the e-bikes work for younger riders. I know they can switch to regular bikes, but just wondering what the experience is like overall.
