Q: What's the best way to prepare for the Vortex Workshop? Any specific clothing requirements?

A: Definitely wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes since you'll be hiking a bit during the land journey. Layers are key because Sedona can be chilly in the morning but warm by afternoon. Bring a water bottle too, although they provide snacks and water.

A: Yes! Sedona Spirit Journeys is pretty flexible with rescheduling. Just reach out to them directly, and they’ll help you find another date that works. It’s important to do this in advance, though.
