Q&A
A: There's no specific age limit, but I’d recommend it for kids 10 and up. The tour can be heavy with emotional content, and younger kids might not fully understand the significance. Plus, it involves quite a bit of walking, so keep that in mind!
A: ExperienceFirst is pretty accommodating. If you need to reschedule, just contact their customer service at least 48 hours in advance, and they’ll help you find a new date that works.
A: Comfortable shoes are a must since you'll be walking for about 1.5 hours! Dress appropriately for the weather too, since you’ll be outside. If it’s chilly, layering is a good idea.

Thinking of gifting the Ground Zero tour—any thoughts?
Hey everyone! I'm considering getting the Private 9/11 Memorial and Ground Zero tour for my dad's birthday. He was in NYC during the 9/11 attacks, so I think this would be meaningful. But I'm wondering if the One World Observatory ticket is worth it. Has anyone done it? What's the view like?
Just did the Ground Zero tour—wow!
I went on the Private 9/11 Memorial and Ground Zero walking tour last week with my friend. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared personal stories. Visiting St. Paul’s Chapel was super emotional. I opted for the One World Observatory afterwards, and it was breathtaking. Would recommend this to anyone visiting NYC!
