Q&A

Q: What's the best time of year to book the sailing tour? Are there any weather concerns?

A: The best time to book is definitely late spring to early fall! The weather's usually warm and perfect for sailing. Just keep an eye on local forecasts since storms can roll in quickly during the summer. But if it gets too rough, they’ll typically reschedule for you!

Q: What should we wear for the sailing tour? Is it casual?

A: Casual is the way to go! Light clothing is great, and don't forget a hat and sunglasses. If you plan to stay on the water for a while, a light jacket can be nice too because it might get breezy once you’re out. And definitely wear something comfortable for moving around!

Q: Are kids allowed on the tour? What’s the age range?

A: Yes, kids are totally welcome! It's a great experience for all ages. Just keep in mind that they should be able to follow instructions from the crew for safety. My 8-year-old loved spotting dolphins!

Thinking of surprising my partner with the Private Afternoon Sailing Tour!

Hey everyone! I’m looking to book the private sailing tour on the Mystique for my partner's birthday next month. We both love being outdoors and the dolphins sound amazing! I just want to make sure it’ll be a relaxing experience. If anyone has done this, were the crew nice? Any tips on what to bring? I want it to be special!

Just got back from the dolphin sailing tour - AMAZING!

Wow, I just did the private afternoon sailing tour with my family and it was incredible! The crew pointed out tons of dolphins and the views of the bridge were stunning. It felt so personal with just us on the boat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special outing in Charleston. We even got complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch!
