Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for participants in the cooking class?

A: There isn't a strict age limit for the private Ayurvedic cooking class. However, it’s ideal for adults and teens. Younger kids might get bored since it’s more hands-on and involves adult supervision, but if they're interested in cooking, they can definitely join in! Just make sure to check with Ninoska beforehand if you're bringing younger kids.

Q: What should I wear for the cooking class? Is it messy?

A: Great question! I recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little messy. An apron is a good idea too, but Ninoska might have some you can borrow. Just be prepared to chop, stir, and get your hands in the ingredients—it’s a fun, interactive experience!

Q: What if I need to reschedule my private cooking class?

A: Ninoska is pretty flexible with rescheduling, but it’s best to give her at least a week’s notice if possible. Just reach out via the contact info you get when you book. She wants everyone to have a great experience, so she usually works with you to find another date that fits!

Thinking about gifting this Ayurvedic cooking class in Savannah!

Hey everyone! I’m considering this private Ayurvedic vegetarian cooking class with Ninoska as a gift for my mom’s birthday. She loves cooking and is really into healthy eating. The way Ninoska customizes the menu based on body composition sounds amazing! Have any of you tried it? What was your favorite dish?

Had a blast at Ninoska's cooking class!

Just got back from the private Ayurvedic cooking experience and wow, it exceeded my expectations! Ninoska's place felt so cozy, and she was so welcoming. We made a delicious lentil stew and a spiced rice dish. I can't believe how easy it was to cook! The best part was learning about Ayurveda while cooking. Highly recommend it!
