Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit! The hikes can be great for kids, but I’d say they should be at least 8 years old to enjoy it fully and keep up. Just be aware that the terrain can be a bit rugged in some spots. Best to check with the provider about any specific concerns.
A: If the weather's bad, they’ll definitely reach out to reschedule. I had to change my date last minute due to rain, and they were super accommodating. Just make sure to give them a call ahead of time if you see questionable weather!
A: Comfortable hiking shoes are a must! Layered clothing is also a good idea since it can get chilly early in the morning. The hike isn’t too strenuous but does have some elevation, so be prepared for a bit of a workout. Bring a hat and sunscreen, too!

Just did the Private Birding Hike, and WOW!
I recently went on the Private Birding Hike in Rocky Mountain National Park and it was totally worth it. We spotted so many beautiful birds, and our guide was super knowledgeable! They provided snacks and a picnic lunch, which was a nice touch. The drive in the Jeep Wrangler was fun too! Perfect for anyone who loves nature. Highly recommend!
Considering the Private Birding Hike for my boyfriend’s birthday!
Hey everyone! My boyfriend loves birdwatching and I think this Private Birding Hike would be a perfect gift. The fact that it’s personalized and has a small group size really appeals to me. Can anyone share their experience with the picnic lunch? I hope it’s decent! Also, how’s the overall vibe on the hike?
