Q&A
A: I'd say go with casual and comfy! Light clothing is best since you'll be out in the sun, and don’t forget your sunscreen. Flip-flops or sandals are perfect for the boat, and maybe a hat for sun protection. If it gets windy, a light jacket wouldn't hurt either!
A: No minimum age that I know of! We've taken kids as young as 5, and they had a blast looking for dolphins. Just make sure to keep an eye on them, since the boat can get a bit bouncy. The crew is really friendly and accommodating too!
A: You can definitely reschedule if the weather doesn't cooperate! Just give them a call, and they’re super flexible about finding a new date for you. We had to change our day once due to rain, and it was no hassle at all.

Considering a private boat tour for my friend's birthday—thoughts?
I'm thinking about gifting a private boat tour with Pelican Bay Charters for my friend's birthday. The idea of cruising around Fort Myers Beach and looking for dolphins sounds amazing! The boat fits 12 people, so I could invite a bunch of friends. Has anyone done this yet? What was your experience like?
Anyone know about parking for the Pelican Bay Charters?
I want to book the private boat tour but I'm worried about parking. Is there a good place to park around the marina? Also, how early should I arrive?
