This is a private boat charter for up to 12 passengers. Pelican Bay Charters is one of the very few Boat charters that offers private tour for more than 6 passengers. PBC's vessel is a 26 foot catamaran hull with a large spacious deck, partially shaded with comfortable cushioned seating and great visibility for viewing the sights. We offer Free bottled water and have coolers you may use if you bring your own beverages or snacks. Pelican Bay Charters is always looking for dolphins on all of our cruises among other wildlife. If at any point there is something we can do to make your experience more enjoyable please let our captain or mate aware and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: What should we wear for the private boat tour? Is it casual or should we dress up?

A: I'd say go with casual and comfy! Light clothing is best since you'll be out in the sun, and don’t forget your sunscreen. Flip-flops or sandals are perfect for the boat, and maybe a hat for sun protection. If it gets windy, a light jacket wouldn't hurt either!

Q: Is there a minimum age for children on the boat tour? Thinking about bringing my 7-year-old.

A: No minimum age that I know of! We've taken kids as young as 5, and they had a blast looking for dolphins. Just make sure to keep an eye on them, since the boat can get a bit bouncy. The crew is really friendly and accommodating too!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule the tour?

A: You can definitely reschedule if the weather doesn't cooperate! Just give them a call, and they’re super flexible about finding a new date for you. We had to change our day once due to rain, and it was no hassle at all.
