Q&A
A: There's no specific age limit for the catamaran sail, but it’s generally suitable for all ages. Just keep in mind that younger kids might need to be supervised closely, especially if they’re not great swimmers. Captain Todd and Kathy are super accommodating and will make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time!
A: Late spring to early fall is definitely the best time to sail in Charleston. The weather is warm, and you can enjoy the nice breeze off the harbor. Just be aware that it can get pretty hot in July and August, so bring sunscreen and water!
A: Dress comfortably! Light layers are key since it can get windy on the water. I'd recommend wearing flip-flops or boat shoes. Don’t forget your sunglasses and sunscreen—just in case!

Just booked the Private Charleston Harbor Catamaran Sail for my partner's birthday!
I'm so excited! I just booked the sail for next month, and it’s a surprise for my partner. I love that it’s private, so we can enjoy the harbor just the two of us. I hear Captain Todd and Kathy are super nice! I can’t wait to relax on the Leopard 40 and hopefully see some dolphins. Has anyone else done this? Any tips for making it extra special?
Had the best time on the Private Charleston Harbor Catamaran!
I went on this sail last weekend, and it was such a fantastic experience! Captain Todd and Kathy were awesome hosts. The catamaran is super spacious, and we saw a ton of dolphins! Perfect day on the water. If you’re considering this, go for it! It’s totally worth it!
