Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit for the tour, so kids are welcome! The vehicle accommodates up to 4 passengers, so you could bring the whole family. Just keep in mind that the tour is narrated and may have some historical content that younger kids might not find as engaging. But we found our kids loved the stories about the plantation and the swamps!
A: Rescheduling is pretty straightforward! Just contact Michaelas Private Tours directly at least 24 hours in advance, and they’ll do their best to accommodate you. They’re really flexible and understanding, so if you have a last-minute change, reach out to them as soon as you can.
A: There’s no formal dress code, but I’d recommend wearing something comfortable since you’ll be in a vehicle and walking around the plantation. Light layers are good because it can get warm in the car but cooler at the plantation. Comfortable shoes are a must if you plan on exploring the grounds!

Amazing Private Tour of Evergreen Plantation!
Just got back from the Private City Tour with Exclusive Access to Evergreen Plantation. Wow, what an experience! The luxury vehicle was super comfy for our group of four, and our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans and the plantation. The views of the swamps were breathtaking. We spent a good amount of time walking around the plantation, and it felt so exclusive. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique gift experience!
Considering this tour for my parents' anniversary
I'm thinking about gifting this Private City Tour to my parents for their anniversary. They love history and have always wanted to visit a plantation. I’ve heard great things about the Evergreen Plantation. Just worried it might be too hot in the summer. Anyone done it in July or August? What was the weather like?
