My tours are all private and clients have the ability to customize the tour. In addition I have my commercial insurance and am certified by the state of Colorado. Next a walk and drive through Garden of the Gods where you will see many different colorful collections of sandstone rock formations.  There are many unique formations and many of the them have names such as the  Kissing Camels and the Cathedral Spires because the formations resemble such objects.   Continuing on, we will stop in the charming town of Manitou Springs for a quick bite to eat and a few minutes of window shopping. Futhermore, you may sample water from the natural outdoor delicious water fountains. From Maitou Springs we will drive up Pikes Peak Mountain to an elevation of 14,105 feet where we gaze over the mountain ranges and see why Katherine Lee Bates wrote the lyrics to America the Beautiful as she took in the sights from the summit of this gorgeous mountain. After a great day we head back to Demver.

Q&A

Q: What's the best time of year to take the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak tour?

A: Honestly, spring and fall are the best! The weather's usually perfect, plus you get beautiful colors in the gardens and mountains. Summer can get crowded, but it’s still worth it if you go early. Just keep an eye on the weather, especially as you go up Pikes Peak. It can change quickly.

Q: Is it easy to reschedule if our plans change?

A: Yes! The provider is pretty flexible with rescheduling. Just give them a call or email at least 48 hours before your tour. They want to make sure you get to enjoy the experience without stress. So, it’s nice to know they can accommodate changes!

Q: Are there any age limits for kids on this tour?

A: Not really! Kids are welcome, and the tour can even be fun for them. Just keep in mind that it might be a bit of a long day, especially with the elevation at Pikes Peak. It’s a good idea to bring snacks and maybe a game for the drive. They’ll love the rock formations, though!

Thinking of gifting the Colorado Springs tour - anyone done it?

Hey everyone! I’m considering this private tour for my sister's birthday. She loves nature and hiking. The idea of seeing the Garden of the Gods and then driving up Pikes Peak sounds amazing! How was the experience? I want to make sure it’s worth it! Also, any tips for what to wear?

Just finished the Garden of the Gods tour - so breathtaking!

Wow, I just did the private tour and it exceeded my expectations! The rock formations were incredible, especially the Kissing Camels. And the drive up Pikes Peak? Unbelievable views! Make sure to bring a camera. It was a bit chilly at the top, so I recommend a jacket. Totally recommend this as a gift or even for yourself!
