Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Grand Canyon private tours?

A: There isn't a strict age limit for these tours, but they do suggest that kids should be at least 6 years old to really enjoy it. The tour can be customized to fit younger kids too if needed, just let the guide know. It’s pretty flexible, and they want everyone to have a great time!

Q: What should we wear for the private Grand Canyon tour?

A: Definitely wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes. The terrain can be rugged, so hiking boots or good sneakers are best. Also, bring layers! It can get chilly in the morning but pretty warm during the day. Sunscreen and a hat are must-haves too!

Q: Can you reschedule if the weather is bad?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule! The tour company is pretty flexible with weather-related cancellations. Just reach out to them as soon as you can if you think the weather might be an issue. They want you to have the best experience possible.

Considering gifting a private Grand Canyon tour, any tips?

I’m thinking of getting a private Grand Canyon tour for my parents’ anniversary. They love the outdoors but haven’t done much hiking. The tour sounds like a perfect blend of sightseeing and learning. Has anyone done this with older folks? What’s the lunch like?

Just got back from the Grand Canyon tour and WOW!

I can't recommend the private Grand Canyon tour enough! We went with Oak Creek Canyon Tour Company last month and had the best time. Our guide was super knowledgeable about everything from geology to Native history. The views were breathtaking, and lunch was provided which was a nice touch. We took so many photos! Can’t wait to do this again.
