Take a private trip around the beautiful waters of Port Aransas with captain Chad. You will cruise in style in a spacious 36 ft. catamaran with a 12 ft. beam allowing plenty of room for up to 6 guests.. Before the sun goes down you will spend time at the jetties and ship channel checking out the dolphins while learning about the rich history from of the area from your captain. When the sun sinks lower we will make our war to the Lydian Ann channel to watch a beautiful sun set behind the Lydia Ann lighthouse. Trip duration is a little over an hour , Food and drinks Welcome!! Pet friendly (Trip departure times change slightly through out the year with changing sunset times) WE ARE LIMITED TO 6 PASSENGERS BY COAST GUARD LAW, BABIES AND CHILDREN INCLUDED.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but keep in mind that the Coast Guard rules say all passengers, including infants, count towards the 6 passenger limit. It's a great experience for kids since they can see dolphins and enjoy the sunset. Just make sure they’re comfortable on a boat!

Q: How do we handle rescheduling if the weather's bad?

A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, Captain Chad will reach out to you and help reschedule. He’s pretty flexible, and usually offers a few options for you to choose from. Just keep an eye on the forecast, especially in hurricane season!

Q: What should we wear for the sunset boat tour?

A: Dress in layers since it can get chilly out on the water once the sun goes down. I’d recommend a light jacket or sweater, especially for the evening. Don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen, too! And wear comfortable shoes.

Just got back from the Dolphin Watch tour - amazing experience!

We went on the Private Dolphin Watch and Sunset Tour last weekend with Captain Chad, and it was phenomenal! Watching the dolphins play while the sun set behind the lighthouse was something else. Highly recommend it! Just a heads up though, make sure to book in advance since spots fill up quick.
