Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the goat yoga class? Can kids join?

A: No age limits! The goat yoga class is super family-friendly, so kids can definitely join in on the fun. Just make sure they’re comfortable around animals and can follow the instructor. It’s a great way to bond as a family while enjoying the beautiful views of Kalalea Mountain.

Q: What should I wear to the goat yoga class? Any tips?

A: Definitely wear comfy, breathable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty, because the goats love to be all over you! Leggings and a tank top work great. Flip-flops or sandals are fine for walking around, but bring something sturdy if you want to move during yoga.

Q: What happens if it rains? Is there a plan B?

A: If it rains, they typically have a covered area where you can still enjoy yoga with the goats. They’ll contact you if there are any major changes. So no worries about missing out, just bring a light jacket in case it’s chilly!

Thinking of gifting goat yoga to my sister, any tips?

I’m considering getting my sister a private goat yoga class in Anahola for her birthday. I love that it’s family-friendly and all ages can join. The goats look so adorable! I just want to know if it's better for larger groups or if it works well with just a couple of people. Anyone done this before?

Just did the goat yoga class and it was AMAZING!

I took the goat yoga class last week, and oh man, it was so much fun! The views of the Kalalea Mountain Range were breathtaking, and the goats were super friendly. We did a little yoga for about 45 minutes and then played with the goats. Totally worth it! Perfect for anyone who needs a good laugh and some relaxation.
