Q: Are there any age limits for kids on this tour, or is it suitable for younger ones?

A: The tour is designed for families, so it’s great for kids of all ages! However, I’d say it’s best suited for ages 5 and up since they’ll really enjoy the chocolate waterfall and interactive stops. Just keep in mind that you’ll be walking a bit, so if you’ve got little ones, a stroller might be helpful.

Q: What should we wear? Is it a lot of walking?

A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes since you'll be doing a fair bit of walking, especially between Madison Square Park and Union Square. Dress for the weather, too! If it’s sunny, hats and sunscreen are a must, and if it’s chilly, layers are a good idea. You’re going to have fun, so be ready to move!

Q: How does rescheduling work if something comes up?
