Private Fishing Boat Charters in Naples Bay and the Gulf

Price as shown is for the boat trip (it is a group price) and not per adult! The Private Fishing Charters are either 4, 3 or 2.5 hrs long. This time includes also time needed for cleaning/bagging your catch (about 15 min.). The shorter charter trip is ideal for anglers with a very busy schedule and families with small children. You can choose between morning and afternoon trips. The Captain will take you to the fishing hotspots of Naples, including the wild and wonderful backcountry, Naples Bay, and up to 9 miles out into the Gulf on very calm days. Expect to reel in Redfish, Sheepshead, Black Drum, the hard-fighting Snook, Pompano, Seatrout, Jacks and Snapper. The boat's electronics include GPS, Fishfinder, trolling Motor and Bluetooth Stereo. Seats are cushioned for all guests. The higher sides of the boats gunnels help ensure that the little ones can't fall overboard. The T-Top provides some shade. Fishing poles are quality Ugly Stik rods and various sized Penn reels.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our fishing charter?

A: If weather conditions are not suitable for the trip, the captain will usually contact you to reschedule. They strive to avoid booking during heavy rain forecasts, but it's always good to check the radar the day before. It's a good idea to have a flexible schedule just in case!

Q: Are there age limits for kids? Can my 5-year-old join?

A: There are no strict age limits! Kids of all ages are welcome, and they provide life vests for everyone. The cushioned seats and higher sides of the boat help keep little ones safe. Just make sure your kids can follow instructions on the boat.

Q: What should we wear for the trip? Are there any recommendations?

A: Dress comfortably! Lightweight clothes, hats, and sunglasses are a must. Flip-flops are okay, but I'd suggest closed-toe shoes just in case. And don’t forget sunscreen! The boat has some shade, but it’s still good to be protected.

Just came back from an amazing fishing trip in Naples!

Had the best time with Mangroveman Charters! We did a 3-hour private fishing trip and caught some really nice Snook and Snapper. The captain was super friendly and really knew the best spots. The kids loved it too! Just a heads-up, bring a cooler for your drinks and snacks. It was a blast!
