Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the Private French Quarter Walking Tour?

A: No age restrictions! It’s a great experience for families, but just keep in mind that younger kids might get tired walking around. If you have toddlers, consider bringing a stroller. Adults and older kids will really enjoy the stories and history Michaelas shares.

Q: What do I need to wear for the walking tour? Any tips?

A: Comfortable shoes are a must! You’ll be walking quite a bit on cobblestone streets. Dress for the weather, too—New Orleans can be pretty humid. A hat and sunscreen are good ideas if it’s sunny. And definitely bring water to stay hydrated!

Q: What if it rains on the day of our tour? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather isn’t cooperating. Michaelas is really accommodating about it. Just reach out as soon as possible, and they’ll work with you to find another date that fits. Always good to check the forecast ahead of time!

Just booked the Private French Quarter Walking Tour for my parents!

I’m so excited! I wanted to get my parents something special for their anniversary, and this tour sounds perfect. They love history and exploring new places. It's a private tour, so it'll just be them and the guide. Can't wait to see their reactions! Anyone else been on this tour? What did you think?

Thinking about doing this tour next month!

I'm planning a trip to New Orleans and this private walking tour caught my eye. I really want to dive into the culture and history of the French Quarter. What should I expect? Is it just walking or is there more to it?
