Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for participants in the cooking class?

A: There isn’t a strict age limit, but I’d recommend it for ages 10 and up. Younger kids can join if they're part of a family group, but keep in mind some tasks could be tricky for them. The chef is super accommodating and will adjust activities if needed!

Q: What if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes! If the weather turns sour, you can definitely reschedule. Just contact the provider, and they’re usually flexible about finding a new date that fits your group’s schedule. They want everyone to enjoy the experience without any stress!

Q: What should we wear for the cooking class? Is it messy?

A: Definitely wear something you don't mind getting a little messy! Aprons are provided, but things can get splashed when making sauces and pasta. Also, comfy shoes are a must since you'll be on your feet for a while. Keep it casual and fun!

Just booked the Italian cooking class in SF! So excited!

I surprised my partner with the Private Gourmet Italian Cooking Class in Haight-Ashbury for our anniversary! The whole idea of exploring the area and then cooking homemade pasta just feels perfect. We’re both foodies, so I think it’ll be a hit. Has anyone done this? Any tips?

Considering the cooking class for my parents' anniversary!

Thinking about gifting my parents the Private Gourmet Italian Cooking Class in San Francisco. They love trying new things and especially enjoy Italian food. Do you think they’d have a good time? Also, how long does it usually last?
