Q&A
A: Great question! There isn't a strict age limit, and kids are definitely welcome on the tour. Just keep in mind that the tour is about 9 hours long, so younger kids might get tired. It’s a good idea to bring snacks and maybe a blanket for comfort. The guide is really good with kids too!
A: Absolutely! The tour company is pretty flexible with weather conditions. If the weather looks really bad, you can call and typically reschedule without any fees. Just make sure to give them a heads up as soon as you know. They really want you to have a great experience!
A: I’d recommend wearing comfy layers since it can get a bit chilly in the morning, but warm up during the day. Sturdy shoes are a must if you plan to walk around the overlooks. Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat since the sun can be pretty intense! And maybe a light jacket for later in the day.

Thinking of the Grand Canyon private tour for my parents' anniversary!
Hey everyone! I’m looking at this private Grand Canyon day tour as a gift for my parents’ anniversary. They love nature and the idea of exploring the canyon with a guide sounds amazing! I saw that lunch is included at El Tovar, which is a nice touch. Has anyone done this? Any tips or things to know?
Just got back from the Grand Canyon tour—here's my experience!
I just did the private Grand Canyon day tour and wow, it was incredible! We started from Sedona and our guide was super knowledgeable about everything. The lunch at El Tovar was delicious—definitely try their famous Navajo taco! Just a heads up, the ride can be long but the stops for views really break it up. Highly recommend it!
