Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but it's really best suited for adults. Kids could join if they're mature and can follow instructions, but keep in mind the experience is designed for deeper relaxation and connection. Just make sure your group is comfortable with the setting!
A: I'd recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing. Think yoga gear or anything that allows you to move easily. Since it can get chilly around Tahoe, layering is key! Bring a light jacket if you’re sensitive to the cold.
A: If harsh weather strikes, Megan is really flexible with rescheduling. Just make sure to reach out to her as soon as possible. She really wants everyone to have the best experience, so she typically works something out when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate!

Thinking of gifting a breathwork experience in Lake Tahoe!
Hey everyone! I’m looking to surprise my best friend with a private breathwork session in Lake Tahoe. I love that it’s tailored to your group’s vibe. Has anyone done this? Just want to know if it really helps with connection and if it’s worth it! Price is listed as free, but do you tip the instructor?
What’s it like to do a breathwork session in Tahoe?
Just came back from the private breathwork experience, and wow! The setting was gorgeous, and having it just for our group made it super intimate. They provide mats and tea, which was a nice touch. Anyone else felt a little nervous before trying it? I wasn’t sure what to expect.
