Q&A

Q: Can we reschedule the boat tour if the weather is bad?

A: Yes! If the weather doesn't cooperate, Riptide Watersports is super flexible about rescheduling. Just give them a call, and they’ll work with you on a new date. I had to reschedule because of rain, and it was no problem at all!

Q: Are there any age limits for kids to join the boat tour?

A: No age limits! Kids are totally welcome. They just need to be accompanied by an adult. It's a great way for families to spend time together and enjoy the beautiful scenery!

Q: What should we wear on the boat tour?

A: Wear something comfortable! I’d recommend light layers since it can get breezy out there. And don’t forget sunscreen and a hat. You might want a light jacket if you’re going in the evening.

Thinking of booking the private boat tour in Fernandina Beach!

Hey everyone! I'm considering getting a private guided boat tour for a couple of friends' birthday coming up next month. I love the idea of cruising around Amelia Island. Has anyone done this with Riptide Watersports? I hear they give awesome info on Cumberland Island too! Just want to make sure it's worth the price and a fun experience for everyone.

Private Boat Tour Experience - Is it kid-friendly?

I just booked a private boat tour for next week at Fernandina Beach, and I’m bringing my 7-year-old. I'm a bit nervous about how he'll handle it. Is it fun for kids? Any tips?
