Q&A
A: Kids are definitely welcome! The hike is moderate, but if your kids are comfortable with some rock hopping and basic hiking, they'll have a blast. Just make sure they’re wearing proper shoes that can get wet, since you’ll cross streams. It's a great way to introduce them to nature and the beauty of Maui!
A: You definitely want to wear shoes that can get wet since you'll be crossing streams! Lightweight, breathable clothing is a must; it can get hot. A hat and sunscreen are also good ideas, as some parts may be exposed to the sun. Don't forget a swimsuit if you plan on swimming in the waterfall!
A: The hike will continue unless there are severe weather conditions. It's a rainforest, so some rain is expected, but it only adds to the experience! If it does get canceled for safety reasons, you’ll get a chance to reschedule. Just check with the provider if you're unsure closer to your date.

Just went on the Private Guided Waterfall Hike and wow!
I just got back from the Private Guided Waterfall Hike in Maui and it was everything I hoped for and more! The hike itself is beautiful, with tons of greenery and the guide was super knowledgeable about the local plants and history. We even found some edible fruit along the way! When we reached the waterfall, it was incredible. I took a dip in the pool and felt so refreshed. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for an adventure!
Gift idea: Private Guided Waterfall Hike!
I’m thinking about getting this waterfall hike as a gift for my partner's birthday. He loves nature, but I’m a bit worried about the moderate difficulty. Is it really manageable for someone in decent shape? Also, any tips for first-timers?
