Q: What should we wear for the hot air balloon flight? Is it chilly up there?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can be a bit chilly in the morning, especially before the sun comes up. I’d recommend wearing a light jacket that you can take off once you’re in the air and it warms up. Also, closed-toe shoes are a must since you’ll be climbing in and out of the basket.

Q: Can we bring kids on the flight? Are there age limits?

A: Yes, children can join the flight! However, they must be at least 6 years old to ensure their safety and enjoyment. It’s a fantastic experience for families, just keep in mind that they might need to be able to handle the height and the excitement.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Will we get a refund?

A: Great question! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Elevated New Mexico will reschedule your flight for a later date at no extra charge. They really prioritize safety, so if conditions are not ideal, they’ll let you know. No refunds though, you’ll just have to book another time!
