Q&A

Q: What's the best time of year to book this private island tour?

A: Honestly, I think the best time to go is between April and June. The weather is usually perfect and the crowds are smaller. Plus, if you're lucky, you might see some sea turtles around Hanauma Bay! Just keep in mind that November to March is the rainy season, so you might need to be flexible with your itinerary.

Q: Can we bring our kids on this tour? Are there age restrictions?

A: Yes, you can bring kids! There aren’t any specific age restrictions for this tour, and it's great for families. Just keep in mind that some activities like snorkeling at Sharks Cove are better for older kids. Also, make sure to pack snacks and drinks for them!

Q: What should we wear for this tour? Is it mostly beach stuff?

A: Definitely go for comfy beachwear! Think swim suits, cover-ups, and flip-flops. You'll want to be ready for both beach stops and some scenic lookouts, so maybe bring a light jacket for when you're in the vehicle. And don't forget sunscreen and a hat!

Just did the Private Island Tour, and it was AMAZING!

Wow, we just finished the private island tour with Karma Tour Hawaii and I can’t stop raving about it! We picked the scenic route with stops at the Halona Blowhole and Hanauma Bay. The views were breathtaking! Our driver was super chill and even suggested we stop at Leonard’s Bakery for the famous malasadas – total game changer. We were a group of 9 and it felt like our own little adventure. Highly recommend it!

Thinking about gifting the Private Island Tour - thoughts?

Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting this private island tour to my parents for their anniversary. They love exploring new places and I think they'd have a blast! They'd definitely want to try the food trucks too. Has anyone done this tour and have tips on what to request or ask? Any thoughts would be super helpful!
