Q&A
A: Definitely wear sturdy hiking boots or shoes with good grip. The terrain can be rugged and you'll be scrambling over boulders in the slot canyons. Dress in layers since it can be cooler in the morning but hot in the afternoon, and don’t forget a hat and sunscreen! Bringing extra water is also a good idea since it can get really dry out there.
A: Yes, this tour is great for families! Kids around 8-10 years old can usually handle it, but it really depends on their hiking abilities. Just keep in mind that there are some tricky parts where they may need help. The guides are super encouraging and know how to help little ones enjoy the adventure!
A: The guides are really accommodating when it comes to stopping for photos, especially in the scenic spots! You’ll likely make several stops to capture the amazing landscapes and slot canyons. Just let your guide know if you find a spot that you want to capture, and they’ll make it happen!

Just did the Jeep tour to slot canyons - Amazing!
I just got back from the Private Jeep Ride to Explore Slot Canyons and honestly, it was one of the best experiences of my life! The ride was super bumpy but so much fun, and the slot canyon was unreal. Our guide was so knowledgeable about the area, and we even saw some cool wildlife! I can’t believe how beautiful the red rocks are in person. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting St. George!
Considering this Jeep tour as a gift. Thoughts?
I'm thinking of booking the Private Jeep Ride for my brother’s birthday. He loves hiking and the outdoors. Is it really worth it? How’s the hike? I want to make sure it's not too rough.
