Thinking about the Private Jungle Waterfall Adventure for my partner's birthday!

Has anyone done this yet? I’m a bit nervous about the fitness level needed for the hike to King Kong Mountain. My partner isn’t super fit, but I want them to experience the beauty of Kauai. Would the beginners' rappel be more suitable? Also, how's the experience with the Hawaiian Dundee himself? Any insights would be great!
