A: They provide everything you need! You'll get a mask, snorkel, fins, and even a wetsuit if you want. The gear is pretty well-maintained and comfortable. Just make sure to bring a swimsuit and towel!
A: Yes, this tour is definitely kid-friendly! They recommend kids around 5 years and older can join. Just be sure they can swim, as it's not a deep dive, but they'll be in the ocean. The crew is great with families!
A: They monitor the weather closely. If it’s unsafe to go out, they'll reschedule you for another day or cancel with a full refund. Just keep an eye on the forecast and be flexible with your plans!

Just did the Private Kealakekua Bay snorkeling trip, and WOW!
I can’t believe how amazing this experience was! We saw so many colorful fish and even got to explore a sea cave! The crew was super knowledgeable about everything. It felt like a private tour, just us and a few others. The fresh pineapple was a nice touch after snorkeling! Can’t recommend it enough for anyone visiting Kona! Price is totally worth it!
Considering gifting the Private Kealakekua Bay snorkeling tour, thoughts?
I’m thinking of getting this for my sister's birthday. She loves the ocean but has never snorkeled before. What do you all think? Is it good for first-timers? How's the crew with beginners?
