Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the food tour? Planning to take my teens!

A: There's no strict age limit! The tour is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Just keep in mind that younger kids might not appreciate the history aspect as much, but they’ll definitely enjoy the food! I took my 15-year-old and she loved it!

Q: What should we wear? Is it mostly walking? Want to be prepared!

A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes since there's quite a bit of walking involved! The tour takes you around the Lower East Side, so you'll want to be ready for a few hours on your feet. Dress in layers too, as NYC weather can change quickly. Enjoy the tour!

Q: Can you reschedule if something comes up, or are tickets non-refundable?

A: You can reschedule with a 48-hour notice! It’s great because life happens, and they’re super accommodating. Just keep in mind that if you miss the notice, the tickets are non-refundable. So plan ahead!
