Q&A

Q: Are there age limits for kids on the dolphin adventure?

A: No specific age limits that I know of! We took our 5 and 8-year-olds and they had a blast. The captain was super accommodating and kept everything safe and fun. Just make sure they have life jackets, but they provide those on board!

Q: What's the best time of year to do this tour? Any weather concerns?

A: Spring and early fall are ideal! The weather's usually mild, and dolphin sightings are at their peak. Rain can happen, but they’ll reschedule if the weather’s bad, so no worries there. Just keep an eye on the forecast!

Q: Is parking available near the dock? What should I expect when I arrive?

A: Yes, there's parking right by the dock at Folly Beach! It's a bit tight so get there early to grab a decent spot. When you arrive, just look for the 'Marsh Mama' at the docks. The crew is super friendly and will help you load up your snacks and drinks!

Just did the Private Dolphin Adventure and WOW!

I recently took my family on the Private Morris Island Dolphin Adventure, and it was incredible! The captain was so knowledgeable and fun, and we saw dolphins almost right away! The boat is spacious, and the cooler they provide was perfect for our snacks and drinks. I recommend bringing some sandwiches and plenty of water. It’s such a chill vibe, great for families or just a fun day with friends. Totally worth it!

Thinking about gifting this dolphin adventure - thoughts?

I'm considering gifting the Private Morris Island Dolphin Adventure to my friend for her birthday. She loves the beach and marine life! Just wanted to know if anyone has done it recently and if you’d recommend it. Planning to invite a few others to join us too. Any tips on what to bring?
