Q&A
A: There's no strict age restriction, but the tour is generally best for teens and adults. Younger kids might find it a bit long, especially since there's some hiking involved and lots of educational content. If you have kids under 10, just be sure they’re up for a day of exploring and listening!
A: Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes! You’ll be walking around quite a bit, and the weather can change quickly. Layers are a good idea since it might be chilly in the morning but warm up later. Don’t forget your sunscreen!
A: If the weather is bad, they usually reschedule the tour, so you don’t lose your chance. It’s best to check their policy right when you book. They’re pretty flexible, and they'll work with you to find a new date if needed!

Thinking about gifting the Mount St. Helens tour - any advice?
I'm looking to surprise my dad with a unique experience and the Mount St. Helens tour seems awesome! He loves geology and nature, so I think he'd enjoy learning about the volcano and seeing the blast zone. Has anyone done it? What were the highlights? Also, is it worth the price?
Just did the Mount St. Helens tour and it was epic!
Wow, I just got back from the Mount St. Helens tour and I can't recommend it enough! The views were jaw-dropping, especially from the Science Learning Center. The guide really knew their stuff and made it fun. Definitely bring a camera. My friends are already asking for a group trip back!
