Q&A

Q: How much time do we actually get at the Space Center after the city tour?

A: You'll have plenty of time at the Space Center! The city tour is around an hour, so you should get at least 4-5 hours at the Space Center, depending on traffic. It's self-guided, so you can really take your time with the exhibits. Just make sure to keep track of your return time, as you'll have to factor in dinner if you choose to stop.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for this experience?

A: There aren’t any official age restrictions for the Space Center visit, but I’d say it’s best suited for kids 6 and up, as younger ones might not fully appreciate the exhibits. That said, I saw families with toddlers too! Just be sure to keep an eye on them, especially in crowded areas.

Q: What’s the best way to dress for this trip? Any recommendations?

A: Dress comfortably! You’ll be walking a lot at the Space Center, so sneakers or comfy shoes are a must. Also, since Houston can get hot, consider breathable clothing. If you’re doing BBQ afterward, I’d suggest something a little casual but nothing too fancy since you might end up with sauce on your clothes!

Just booked the NASA Space Center Day Trip! Any tips?

I just booked this private tour for my partner's birthday. We're both huge space fans! I'm super excited about the BBQ dinner afterward. Anyone done this trip before? How was the city tour? I'm curious about the best spots we should check out at the Space Center too. Any must-sees?

Amazing experience at the NASA Space Center!

Just got back from the private NASA Space Center trip. OMG, guys, it blew my mind! The city tour was quick, but we saw River Oaks and some cool spots. The Space Center was incredible – we spent almost 5 hours there! BBQ dinner at Rudy's was a treat. Highly recommend this for any space enthusiast!
