Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for this tour, but I'd recommend it for kids who are at least 10 years old. The tour involves a lot of walking and some historical context that younger kids might not appreciate. But if your kids are adventurous and can handle a half-day tour, they’ll probably have a blast! Just be sure to keep them hydrated and take breaks if needed.
A: Definitely dress comfortably since you'll be walking a lot! It’s mostly outdoors, so wear comfy shoes and check the weather. A light jacket would be a good idea if the forecast says it might get chilly. Also, try to avoid heels or sandals that can hurt your feet after a few hours of walking.
A: Yes, if the weather forecast is bad, you can definitely reschedule! Just make sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance. They understand that NYC weather can be unpredictable and will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. So no worries there!

Thinking of gifting the Downtown Highlights Tour - any thoughts?
I’m considering this private half-day tour as a gift for my sister's birthday. She loves exploring new places, and I think she’d enjoy the local vibe of Greenwich Village and SoHo. Has anyone done this tour? What were your favorite parts? Is the guide good about answering questions on the history?
Just finished the Downtown Highlights Tour - so worth it!
I went on the Downtown Highlights Tour last week, and it was amazing! We got to see Wall Street, Chinatown, and even a cozy café in SoHo where locals hang out. The guide was funny and filled with stories. If you’re thinking of gifting this, do it! My friend loved it.
