A: There aren't strict age limits, but I'd say it's best for kids 5 and up. The walks are easy, and they get to cool off in streams, which is a hit! Just make sure they can handle the heat and enjoy some nature.

A: You’ll want comfy hiking shoes and light clothing since it can get hot. Don’t forget your swimsuit if you're planning to jump in the streams! A light jacket or poncho wouldn’t hurt either, just in case it rains.

Just got back from the Kohala Waterfalls Adventure, and wow, what a day! The scenery is seriously breathtaking. Our guide was super knowledgeable, and the picnic spot was amazing. Just a heads up, the drive from Kona is longer than I expected, but totally worth it. Anyone else had this experience? Would love to hear thoughts before planning my next trip!
