Q&A
A: Great question! There's no strict age limit for the tour, but it's generally more suited for ages 10 and up. Younger kids might get bored or have difficulty walking the tour route. Just keep in mind that some of the discussions may be a bit advanced. If you're bringing younger kids, it might be a good idea to check with the tour guide beforehand.
A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule! Just give Revel Treks a call or send them an email at least 24 hours in advance. They'll try to accommodate your new date. It's pretty flexible, which is great for planning around the weather!
A: Good question! I'd recommend wearing comfortable shoes, something that can handle a little mud, especially if it's been raining. Dress in layers, too, since the weather can be unpredictable. A lightweight jacket would be perfect. The tour is mostly casual, so no need to dress up!

Just did the Palmer Farm Tour - It was awesome!
I recently went on the Private Palmer Farm Tour with Revel Treks and had such a blast! The walking tour in downtown Palmer was super interesting, and learning about the local farms' history was eye-opening. Meeting a local farmer and hearing about their challenges in the far north was really inspiring. The brewery stop at the end was the cherry on top! The drinks were delicious and a perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Anchorage!
Thinking about gifting the Palmer Farm Tour – any tips?
I’m considering getting the Private Palmer Farm Tour as a gift for my parents. They love exploring local culture and history, but I’m a bit worried about how much walking is involved. Do they stop often? Also, how’s the food at the brewery? Any recommendations?
