Q&A

Q: What if my friend has food allergies? Can Brittney accommodate them?

A: Yes, Brittney is really flexible! When you book, just let her know about any allergies, and she’ll work to accommodate them. She specializes in whole-food, plant-based dishes, so she’s used to creating meals that fit various dietary needs. Just make sure to communicate any concerns beforehand!

Q: Is there a minimum age for this cooking class? Can kids join?

A: Generally, it's recommended that participants are at least 12 years old. However, if you're bringing younger kids, I suggest reaching out to Brittney beforehand. She’s super personable and open to discussing different options. Just make sure they can follow along with the cooking!

Q: What should I wear to the cooking class? Is it a casual thing?

A: Casual is the way to go! You’ll want something comfy since you’ll be cooking and possibly getting a bit messy. An apron is a good idea too, but Brittney might provide one. Just wear shoes that you don’t mind getting flour or veggies on, and you'll be all set!

Thinking about gifting a cooking class with Brittney!

Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting my sister a private cooking class with Brittney in Seattle. She loves healthy eating and is dying to learn more about plant-based cooking! The class seems really immersive and I love that it focuses on local ingredients. Just wondering if anyone has done this and can share their experience? Also, how was the atmosphere in Brittney's home?

Just took Brittney's class and it was amazing!

OMG, you guys! I just finished the private cooking class with Brittney, and it was worth every penny! We made this incredible vegan risotto with local mushrooms and veggies. The view of Lake Union from her kitchen is breathtaking! I'd totally recommend it if you’re into healthy cooking. Can’t wait to try out the recipes at home!
