Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There's no strict age limit for the tour, but I would say it's best suited for kids 10 and up. The content can get pretty heavy when discussing the 9/11 Memorial. However, younger kids can enjoy the history part, especially if they’re into stories about NYC. Just keep in mind to explain some of the sensitive topics beforehand.

Q: Can this tour be rescheduled if we can’t make it on the original date?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule! Just give Top Dog Tours a call at least 24 hours in advance, and they'll help you find another date. They’re pretty flexible, which is nice.

Q: What should we wear for the tour? Is it a lot of walking?

A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be walking a lot! The tour covers a good amount of ground on Wall Street and the Memorial, so you don’t want to be stuck in heels or tight shoes. Dress weather-appropriately too; NYC can be unpredictable!

Thinking of gifting the Wall Street and 9/11 Memorial tour!

I've been looking at this Private September 11 Memorial, Downtown Wall Street Tour for my dad's birthday. He loves history and NYC! The fact that it includes a professional guide seems great. Is the Statue of Liberty access worth it? How long does the tour usually take?

Just booked the Wall Street and 9/11 tour for my family!

I’m so excited! We’re going next month, and I heard the guides are really knowledgeable. I’m a bit nervous about the heavy topics but really want my kids to learn about NYC's history. Any tips on what to expect?
