Q&A

Q: Is it possible to reschedule if our plans change last minute?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your private tour, but it’s best to give them at least 24 hours' notice. They usually try to be accommodating as they understand plans can change. Just reach out to Boat Savannah directly, and they’ll help you find a new date that works.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for this boat tour?

A: No age restrictions! It’s a family-friendly experience, so kids are welcome. Just be sure to monitor younger ones, as the boat can be a little rocky sometimes. They also provide life jackets for the kids.

Q: What should I wear on the boat tour? Any recommendations?

A: Definitely dress casually! Light layers are best since it can get a bit breezy out on the water. Don’t forget sunscreen and maybe a hat if you’re sensitive to the sun. Comfortable shoes are a must since the deck can get slippery.

Anyone tried the private boating tour in Savannah? Thinking about gifting it!

I’m considering getting this private sightseeing boat tour for my parents’ anniversary. They love being on the water and I saw that the tour includes a licensed captain and a guide! Just wondering how much time they typically spend on the water and if it’s worth the price. Any tips?

Just did the private boat tour, and it was amazing!

My friends and I went on the private tour last weekend, and I can’t recommend it enough! The views of the antebellum homes were stunning, and we even saw dolphins swimming next to the boat. Our guide was so knowledgeable about Savannah’s history. Definitely a must-do when you visit!
