Q&A

Q: What’s the best time of year to go on this eco tour? Is the wildlife more active in certain months?

A: The best time to go is definitely late spring through early fall. In June through August, you’ll see a lot of marine life, like whales and seals, plus it’s warmer. Bring layers because the ocean can get chilly, even in summer! Just check the weather before your trip.

Q: Is there a weight limit or age restriction for kids on the tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but kids should be at least 5 to really enjoy the experience. As for weight limits, the boat can handle a good amount of weight, but it’s best to let us know in advance if you have any concerns. Just be sure to keep an eye on younger kids as the boat can rock a bit!

Q: What should we wear for this tour? Are there any specific recommendations?

A: Definitely wear layers! Even in the summer, the boat can get chilly, especially when it’s moving. A light jacket and some comfy shoes are perfect. Also, don’t forget sunscreen and sunglasses — bright days can get blinding out there on the water!

Amazing Eco Tour in Kennebunkport!

Just wanted to share that I took the Private Small Group Wildlife Eco Tour a couple of weeks ago with Captain Shawn. It was incredible! We saw seals and even a few porpoises. The views of the lighthouse were stunning. The boat is super comfy, and it felt really intimate having only a small group. If you’re thinking about a unique gift, I’d highly recommend this one!

Considering this tour as a gift for my parents!

Hey everyone! I’m looking into gifting this eco tour to my parents. They love nature and marine life. Has anyone done it? What should I know? I want it to be a special experience for them.
