Come see an amazing sunset on the Gulf! Some of the best sunsets in the world are in SW Florida—best seen on a sunset boat tour! There’s something truly magical about the sunset hour in South Florida. With stunning skies every night at sunset near Marco Island, you can depend on making some extraordinary memories. Wildlife and scenic views: After leaving private Goodland boat dock, the sunset cruise has to go to some of the best places around Goodland and Marco Island to enjoy the wildlife and scenic views. Barrier Island Beach Stop: We’ll spend about an hour on a barrier island as the sun goes down. It is a perfect opportunity to stroll on the white sandy shore, collect shells and sand dollars, or stay on the boat enjoying snacks and drinks. A perfect paradise sunset over the Gulf. 2.5 hours. Departs from our private commercial docks at 220 Goodland Dr (across the street from Stan's Idle Hour) daily 2 hours before sunset.

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this eco tour? Can kids join?

A: Great question! There’s no specific age limit for the Private Sunset Eco Tour, so kids can absolutely join the fun! Just keep in mind that it can get a bit rocky on the water, so make sure they’re comfortable with that. It’s a fantastic family experience since there’s plenty of wildlife to see and fun on the barrier island.

Q: What should we wear? Is it chilly at sunset?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get a bit breezy on the water once the sun sets, so I recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater. Also, wear comfortable shoes for walking on the barrier island. Flip flops are fine, but you might want something more secure if you plan to walk a lot!

Q: Can we bring our own snacks and drinks on board?

A: You can only enjoy the snacks and drinks provided by Florida Island Tours, but they have a cooler with ice, and the food options are pretty good! If you have specific dietary needs, it’s worth checking with them in advance to see if they can accommodate. But it's generally a nice setup for a sunset cruise!

Just got back from the Private Sunset Eco Tour - it was magical!

I recently booked the Private Sunset Eco Tour of Marco & 10,000 Islands for my fiancé’s birthday, and wow, what an experience! The views were stunning, and we loved walking on the barrier island, collecting shells while the sun went down. The crew was super friendly and provided great snacks. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to impress a date or just have a chill evening. Worth every penny!

Considering this tour as an anniversary gift. Any thoughts?

I’m thinking of booking the Private Sunset Eco Tour for my parents' anniversary! They love nature and sunsets, but I’m kinda worried about the weather. What if it rains? Do they reschedule or refund? Any advice would help!
