Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the surf lesson? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes! OffShore Vibes is super flexible with rescheduling due to weather conditions. They’ll reach out to you a day before to confirm if the conditions are safe for surfing. If not, you can pick another day that works for you. Just make sure to give them a heads-up a few days in advance!

Q: Are there age limits for the surf lessons? Can kids participate?

A: There's no strict age limit! Kids as young as 7 can join with their parents. The coaches are really good at adjusting their teaching based on the age and skill level of the surfers. Just make sure the kids are comfortable in the water.

Q: What do I need to wear for the surf lesson? Is a wetsuit enough?

A: A wetsuit is perfect, and they provide you with one! Just wear a swimsuit underneath and maybe bring a rash guard if you're sensitive to the sun. Don't forget sunscreen and a towel for after your lesson. You’ll be in the water a lot, so comfort is key.

I’m looking to surprise my boyfriend with a private surf lesson from OffShore Vibes. Heard they go to different locations based on conditions, which is awesome! I really want him to have a great time but not sure what to expect. Any tips on what to bring or how it usually goes? He’s never surfed before!

Just finished my private surf lesson with OffShore Vibes! So fun!

I had my lesson at Santa Monica and it was absolutely incredible! The instructor was so chill and really tailored the lesson to my level. The boards were in great shape, and the wetsuits felt comfortable. Even though I wiped out a bunch, it was totally worth it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try surfing!
