A: There's really no age limit! The instructors are super good with kids and older folks alike, so anyone from 5 to 75 can get in the water. Just make sure they feel comfortable swimming and they’ll be fine!
A: You’ll get a wetsuit when you arrive, so just wear your swimsuit underneath! If it’s chilly, you might want to bring a light jacket for after the lesson. Don’t forget sunscreen!
A: If the weather is looking rough, they’ll typically contact you a day before to reschedule. They’re super flexible and want to make sure you have a great time. Just keep an eye on your email!
