There’s no better place to spend quality time together than Hawaii’s North Shore, and you haven’t seen the island until you’ve seen it by horseback, riding through the forest trails and overlooking the ocean. This is a unique and unforgettable experience, far away from all the noise of the regular tourist spots. You’ll see a side of Oahu that many don’t know about and enjoy a private picnic together, complete with delicious sandwiches on fresh homemade bread, fruit, and a bottle of sparkling cider. The highlight of the ride is a sweeping panoramic view of the ocean from our lookout point, where you can take in the full scale and beauty of the island. (If you can take your eyes off each other, that is.) If you're comfortable on horses and would like to upgrade to an advanced ride, just let us know!

A: Yes, kids can join! The minimum age is around 6 years old, but it really depends on their comfort level with horses. Just make sure they can follow instructions and ride safely. The guides are great at helping everyone, so feel free to ask about any concerns before booking.

A: Definitely go for casual! I wore jeans and a comfortable top, plus closed-toe shoes. The weather can change, so maybe bring a light jacket too. Just make sure you're comfortable since you'll be riding for a bit. Sunblock is a must if you're going during the day!

A: If the weather is bad, the ranch will contact you to discuss rescheduling options. They're pretty flexible and want you to have the best experience possible. Just be sure to check the forecast ahead of time and keep in touch with them!
