Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the wine tour? Can I bring my teenage kids?

A: Yes, the tour is primarily designed for those 21 and older since it's a wine tasting experience. However, if you have minors in your group, they can definitely come along! Just keep in mind they might not be able to participate in the tastings, but there’s plenty of room for them to enjoy the scenery and the tours. Some wineries are more family-friendly than others, so it’s good to check in advance.

Q: What’s the best time of year to do this wine tour?

A: Late summer to early fall is absolutely the best time! The weather is usually gorgeous, and the vineyards are in full bloom. Just keep in mind, weekends can get busy, so if you want a more relaxed experience, consider weekdays. Spring is also nice, but you might hit some rain.

Q: What’s included in the tour? Do we need to pay extra for lunch?

A: The tour includes a fully narrated experience, tastings at several wineries, and some snacks and bottled water. You’ll need to pay extra for lunch at Cougar or Bel Vino, but it's an awesome setting worth it! Just plan around it, because lunch isn’t included. Also, it’s a good idea to check which winery you'll be eating at based on your tour date!

Thinking of gifting a private Temecula wine tour! Any tips?

I’m considering giving this private Temecula wine tour as a gift for my friend’s birthday. They love wine and it's in Escondido, which is so convenient. I heard the tours are super fun and you get to visit some great wineries like Somerset and Callaway. Is it easy to book, and do they handle transportation? I just want to make sure they have a great experience!
